How does it work? 

Airbnb is an online marketplace which lets people, or hosts like us rent out their properties to guests such as local travellers, workers, business travellers and more!

There reach is amazing as Airbnb spend millions on marketing, so this saves us money trying to market the property when we can ultise Airbnb,, TripAdvisor and various other platforms. Airbnb takes a new 15% + VAT commission of every booking from hosts.

But when we list a property, we always price up 15% + VAT so that the Airbnb fee is paid via the guest or traveller booking!

Our Fees

We’re happy to be up front about our fees as we believe they represent excellent value for money.

Our initial sign up fee is £200 inc VAT which includes professional photography on your property and a custom Guest Guidebook .


If your property requires legal certificates we can arrange on your behalf and we charge this on a case by case basis. 

Once your holiday let is live our management fees are 14-17%+VAT. Cleaning costs are in addtion to our fees and this is dependent upon property size, this includes all bed linen, towels, two toilet rolls per bathroom, tea towels and kitchen starter pack.
