Will honed his skills as an electrical engineer working for the world's largest food company, blending hands-on experience with innovative engineering solutions. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Lincoln, he seamlessly transitioned into project management. At PPM, Will continues to apply his sharp technical expertise and strategic thinking to lead projects that make a difference
Max Pycroft
Max began his career crunching numbers as an accountant, where he mastered the art of detail-oriented analysis and strategic financial planning. His journey took an exciting turn when he transitioned into the world of property management and investments. Today, Max combines his financial acumen with a passion for property, steering our business with precision and a forward-thinking approach
