Emergency Repair Reporting
If you have an issue outside of our working hours relating to no heating, no hot water, a security breach at your property or a water leak you must send a message to us with your name, address and brief details of the issue to and we will contact you ASAP.
All tenants who are covered by our 24/7 response will be given a number to contact at the start of their contract.
Please do not arrange for your own contractors to attend to a maintenance issue unless this has been agreed with the landlord or ourselves, you must report all issues to us in writing.
If your issue is a routine repair please refer to our report a repair page. Call out for non-urgent works out of hours are chargeable to the landlord.
